BJuris, LLB, MAICD Mr Burton is an experienced and active investor in the resources, oil and gas, mining services and agribusiness sectors. He is a co-founder of two ASX 200 companies – Mirabela Nickel Limited and Panoramic Resources Limited. He has a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Ashley has more than 13 years experience servicing the Australian resources and mining service industries in the chartered accounting and corporate finance sectors. He completed a Bachelor of Business at Swinburne University. In his former position as the Head of Corporate Finance with Carmichael Capital Markets Pty Limited, Ashley made a significant contribution to the IPO of EDMS and has been heavily involved in the continued expansion of the EDMS business since the IPO mid last year. Ashley has developed significant operational experience with a number of mining service and natural resource companies and has more than 8 years experience in corporate finance covering mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings in both domestic and international financial markets, asset acquisitions and asset disposals, initial public offerings and corporate restructurings. Prior to joining Carmichael Capital Markets, he spent 10 years with Deloitte in the Corporate Finance and Audit divisions based in Perth and Melbourne. Roger completed a science degree majoring in geology and geophysics and also holds a Diploma in Financial Management from the University of New England. Prior to 1995 he held a variety of roles in construction and teaching, including the creation of a School Board endorsed High School Certificate in Mining. Roger founded Geological Ore Search (GOS) in 1995 as a geological services and contracting company and is also the founder of
Everyday Mine Services Operations (EDMSO), specialising in shotcrete production and delivery, underground construction, pump services and other mine services.
In addition during the late 1990’s, he also founded two industrial and mining hire equipment businesses in both Cobar and Gympie, which were eventually sold to CoatesHire. Roger is currently the managing director of both GOS and EDMS.
Roger is a long standing Member of the Institute of Miners and Metallurgists and a member of the Australian Drilling Institute.
|  | Tom Henderson - Non-executive DirectorICAA, FINSIA, ACID Mr Henderson is a Chartered Accountant and the former Head of Corporate Finance at Deloitte in Perth. Mr Henderson left the Deloitte partnership in 2006 to pursue a number of substantial private interests he has in the mining services and industrial sectors. Mr Henderson has expertise in the provision of advisory services to the resources and services industry and in the recapitalisation of listed vehicles. |  | Declan Thomas Franzmann - Non-executive Director, age 41 B. Eng (Mining), MAusIMM Declan has more than 15 years experience in underground and open pit mining as a professional engineer. He completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) at the University of Ballarat and has since developed significant operational and technical experience with some of Australia’s most high profile mines and mining and consulting companies. In 2005 Declan established Crosscut Consulting, a resource engineering business providing mine planning and management services. Projects have included mine planning, scoping, feasibility studies and financial modeling for operational and corporate decision making. He has held senior management roles at the Tritton, CSA, Cannington, and Chariot Mines and holds First Class Mine Manager’s Certificates in Western Australia and New South Wales. Declan has been a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy for 11 years. |
