Mr Henderson is a Chartered Accountant and the former Head of Corporate Finance at Deloitte in Perth. Mr Henderson left the Deloitte partnership in 2006 to pursue a number of substantial private interests he has in the mining services and industrial sectors.

Mr Henderson has expertise in the provision of advisory services to the resources and services industry and in the recapitalisation of listed vehicles.
